Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

CAMERA-READY PAPER GUIDELINES

International Conference on Bio-Engineering, Life Science and Healthcare Technology (ICBELHT 2026)

Thank you for participating in the International Conference on Bio-Engineering, Life Science and Healthcare Technology (ICBELHT 2026). Authors of accepted papers are required to submit the final camera-ready version of their manuscript by following the instructions below.

  1. General Requirements

The camera-ready paper must:

  • Incorporate all reviewer comments and required revisions;
  • Follow the official conference template and formatting requirements;
  • Be written in clear academic English;
  • Be carefully proofread before submission;
  • Match the final accepted title and author information.

Only papers that comply with all requirements will be included in the conference proceedings.

  1. Paper Formatting

Authors must prepare the final manuscript using the official conference template.

Formatting Specifications

  • Paper size: A4
  • Layout: Single column
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Line spacing: Single
  • Margins:
    • Top: 4 cm
    • Bottom: 2.7 cm
    • Left: 2.5 cm
    • Right: 2.5 cm
  • Page limit: 5–8 pages
  • File format:
    • Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
    • Final submission in PDF format

Do not add page numbers, headers, or footers.

  1. Manuscript Structure

The manuscript should contain:

  1. Title
  2. Author(s) and affiliation(s)
  3. Abstract
  4. Keywords
  5. Introduction
  6. Materials and Methods
  7. Results and Discussion
  8. Conclusion
  9. Acknowledgements (optional)
  10. References
  1. Figures, Tables, and Equations

Figures

  • Use clear and high-resolution images;
  • Ensure all text inside figures is readable;
  • Place figure captions below figures.

Tables

  • Place table titles above tables;
  • Use editable tables, not screenshots.

Equations

  • Use editable equation format;
  • Number equations consecutively when necessary.

 

  1. References

Authors must ensure that:

  • All cited references appear in the reference list;
  • References are relevant and up to date;
  • Citation and reference styles follow the conference template consistently.

References should be numbered consecutively in the order they appear in the text and listed at the end of the manuscript. Authors are encouraged to use a reference management tool such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.

Authors should ensure that all references cited in the text are included in the reference list and formatted consistently according to the template.

  1. Similarity and Ethics Policy

All final manuscripts may undergo similarity checking before publication.

Authors must ensure:

  • Originality of the manuscript;
  • No plagiarism or duplicate publication;
  • Proper citation of all referenced sources;
  • Ethical approval for research involving humans or animals, where applicable.

Papers failing to meet ethical standards may be removed from the proceedings.

  1. Final Submission Checklist

Before submitting the final paper, please ensure that:

  • Reviewer comments have been addressed;
  • The manuscript follows the official template;
  • Author names and affiliations are correct;
  • Figures and tables are properly labeled;
  • References are complete and consistent;
  • The PDF version matches the editable document;
  • The manuscript has been proofread carefully.
  1. Submission Procedure

Authors must submit:

  1. Final editable manuscript (.doc/.docx or LaTeX source);
  2. Final PDF version;
  3. Copyright or publication form (if required).

All files must be uploaded through the official conference submission system before the deadline.
